CFQG-SK-400 Automatic Double Shaft Paper Tube Cutter
This paper tube cutting machine suitable for cutting all kinds of high grade paper tubes, such as Fiber paper tube ,OPP film paper tube ,Tape paper tube etc.with a finished tube with soomth edge .
1. This machine adopted with PLC controller; touch screen man-machine interface. Easy for parameters setting & operating.
2. Servo motor synchronism tracking cutting system let the machine cutting in a higher precision; error about 0.15mm.
3. Paper tube fixed by automatic chuck; only paper tube rotates when cut. Cutting length from 5mm to 1700mm or 2000mm and core thickness from 1mm to 15mm(customized )
4. All the brands of components like Motor; Inverter; PLC; Touch Screen can be customized as per your requirement.
5.Double shaft automatically tube feeding & removing, only one person required for operating.

Servo motor controlled High Precision cutting system
1.Min paper tube cutting length 5mm and tube cutting tolerance ± 0.15mm
2.change core diameter: only need to change mandrel shaft (mold)
3. change cutting length: set cutting length on touch screen; no need to adjust cutting knife.
4. Only paper rotates during cutting; blade and shaft are fixed
5. Use Single Tungsten steel blade
The cutter can cut one parent tube into different length
You only need to set the tube length on the touch screen ,the machine can cut it automatically
Optional :
1.Automatic Double shaft paper core cutting machine can be customied to three shaft tube cutter,
2.Cutting length could be customized 1500mm,1700mm,2000mm etc.
3.Power supply is 380V or with a transformer to customer requested .
4.Carboard tube thickness also can be thick such as 18mm and 20mm.
5.There also have Manual core cutting machine,Semi-auto,Multi cutter for choice
6.Cutter part can add the safty cover for protect
