This  paper tube cutting machine suitable for cutting all kinds of high grade paper tubes, such as Fiber paper tube ,OPP film paper tube ,Tape paper tube etc.with a finished tube with soomth edge  .

 1.Cutting length from 90mm to 1600mm or 2000mm and core thickness from 1mm to 15mm(customized )

 2.automatically tube feeding & removing

 3.Multi blades on the machine (10pcs)

Product Specifications

1.Min paper tube cutting length 90mm 

2.change core diameter: only need to change mandrel shaft (mold)

3. change cutting length: manual adjust the blades distance

4. Only paper rotates during cutting; blade and shaft are fixed

5. Use Single Tungsten steel blade

Optional :

1.Automatic  shaftless paper core cutting machine can be Semi-auto type.

2.Cutting length could be customized 1600mm,2000mm etc. 

3.Power supply is 380V or with a transformer to customer requested .

4.Carboard tube thickness also can be thick such as 15mm and 18mm.
