Pipeline Drying Process

Pre-drying Stage: Tubes enter the drying chamber via conveyor belt. Pre-baking strengthens paper bonding and partially removes moisture, ensuring structural integrity to prevent cracking/deformation during curling.

Full Automation: Includes auto-transfer → drying compartment → dehumidification → temperature monitoring → fault detection → alarm triggers. Zero manual supervision required.

Optimized Drying Technology:

Slow-rotation drying with bidirectional high-strength hot airflow (internal/external)

Closed-loop temperature control eliminates traditional issues:

• Deformation from static stacking
