Process:

The paper roll is fed at high speed through the paper feeder, while the glue feeder applies adhesive at a constant temperature to ensure stable, automated glue dispensing.

The adhesive-coated paper is wound and shaped by the CFXG-80 high-speed paper straw machine, which performs multi-section cutting in a single operation.

The paper straws undergo drying in the CFHG-50 electric paper straw dryer.

The dried straws are transferred to the single-individual packing machine for unit packaging.

Finally, the individually packed straws are grouped and packed into bags using the group packing machine.

The entire production line features highly intelligent automation, enabling fully autonomous operation.
