How to make flim tube core ?
Paper tubes are usually made by winding multiple layers of Bobbin paper and the outer layer kraft paper or surface printing paper .
The inner diameter of paper tubes for plastic films (such as cling film, PE stretch wrap, BOPP film)mainly have below size for reference
3-inch paper tubes (most commonly used, widely used in supermarket large rolls of cling film and industrial stretch wrap).
Other common inner diameter specifications: 1.5-inch / 2-inch paper tubes: inner diameter approximately 38mm or 50mm, mostly used for small household cling film, sealing tape, or small-sized electronic films.
6-inch paper tubes: inner diameter approximately 152mm, mainly used for large industrial rolls and high-strength films for high-speed machines.
